Veronica Leon is an Oakland-based artist, originally from the Chicagoland area, with a passion for pushing the boundaries of art. What began as an interest in graphic design has expanded into a specialty in large-scale paintings, and more recently, she has developed a fascination with building using diverse materials such as wood, metal, and paint. Throughout her career, Veronica has honed her expertise in graphic design, painting, and graffiti techniques, often sharing these skills with others through teaching.
Event-based work is where Veronica truly thrives. "It offers a break from the monotony of a desk job," she says. She is energized by dynamic, fast-paced environments, enjoying the opportunity to wear many hats and contribute to a variety of creative projects.
Her artistic style is rooted in comic and illustrative work, though she is always seeking new ways to challenge herself creatively. "I find it incredibly rewarding to explore different forms of creativity and help others bring their visions to life," she explains.
Veronica is inspired by the diverse creative expressions found in cultures around the world. She embraces every opportunity to travel and explore new artistic landscapes, believing that learning through travel is one of the most enriching experiences life has to offer.
